$480 using 3 bedrooms ie 3 couples or 3 singles or combination 

$400 using 2 bedrooms

$350 using one bedroom

 

Rates from 1 October 2010

$495 using 3 bedrooms ie 3 couples or 3 singles or combination 

$410 using 2 bedrooms

$360 using one bedroom

 

Minimum 2 nights on weekends during summer period and holiday weekends and 4 nights Xmas/New Year

Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Visa and Mastercard accepted. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are not made within 48 hours of expected arrival.
Please note that if a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be refunded only if we are able to obtain a replacement booking.
In case we have consecutive guests, please arrive after 3pm and depart by 11am. However we may be able to be flexible with times so please check with us nearer your visit. 
Maximum of 6 persons sleeping in the 3 queen beds only.
No children or pets.
Smokers please use outside decks.
